Toyota Rent a Car Policy:

1. The renter must have current and valid US driver's license and be 21 years of age.
2. Proof of FULL COVERAGE insurance is required.
3. Rental cars are limited to the United States and Canada ONLY, prohibited from being driven into Mexico.
4. Major Credit Cards are accepted.
5. Rentals can be returned: Monday to Fri, 7am to 6pm Saturday from 9am-6pm, or you can use our drop off box located in the service building area.
6. The rental vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented.
7. No one way rentals. The vehicle must be returned to Colville Toyota.
8. We do not allow smoking, vaping or paraphernalia in the vehicle at any time.
9. As much as we love our pets, we don't allow them to be transported in the vehicle.
10. Rental vehicles being paid for by Toyota Warranty, Service Department, Sales Department or another entity DOES NOT INCLUDE FUEL used by the customer. Customers must return the vehicle with a FULL FUEL tank

Applicable Fees:

Customers are responsible for any vehicle damage or other costs while the rental vehicle is in their possession, and are expected to return rental vehicles in the same condition they received them except for ordinary wear.

• A cleaning fee of $250 may apply, this is subject to our consideration due to the condition the vehicle is returned in. If there is excessive dirt, debris, animal hair, damage and/or smoke odors then fees will be applicable.

Rates (all rates include mileage)

Rental Fee + tax, Includes up to 200 miles, unlimited miles available at additional cost

Payment:
We require payment in full upon pick up of rental. If you return the vehicle sooner than the set date we will gladly refund your credit card.
